Michael graduated from Boston University with a BS in Communications. Shortly after, he embarked on his career as an insurance agent. Michael had a gift for laying out a strategic roadmap for complex business and personal planning that would protect and serve any family. He has also helped numerous clients with their financial goals through his extensive knowledge of Social Security and the many intricacies of when to take benefits, when to hold off, and how to maximize.
Michael lives in Newburgh, New York with his wife, Lori. They are blessed with four children and three grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys the Jersey shore and traveling with his family. He is an avid fan of college basketball, golf, and hiking.

Sergio earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Seton Hall University, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant(ChFC) designations through the American College, and was awarded the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification by the CFP Board of Standards.
Sergio resides in northern New Jersey with his wife Rita and their son Antonio. They love going on family trips, playing sports, and cooking together. Sergio is committed to giving back to the community and supporting local charities, as well as The National Kidney Foundation.

Recently, Paul decided to take his valuable experience supporting large organizations and transition to helping local businesses and individuals with their retirement planning. Paul has been a client of ThinkWealth for over 20 years and is excited to bring financial solutions that he utilizes for himself and his family to others. Overall, his experience in all aspects of the retirement business has provided Paul with a clear picture on how to coordinate between all retirement plan service providers to help deliver positive results to his clients.
When Paul isn’t helping clients achieve their financial goals, he is volunteering with CarePlus NJ as a board member, chair of the Foundation and co-chair of DEIB supporting their mission of providing excellent mental healthcare to our communities in NJ. Paul is incredibly passionate about the insurance and financial services business and built his career on helping business owners and families implement strategies to reach their financial goals. Paul is actively involved in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and sits on the executive board for the state of NJ. He is also the chair of the NJ Chapter’s YAT, Young Advisor and Teaming development. In his spare time, you can find Paul actively involved in assisting and coaching children’s sports, playing golf, hiking, camping, and spending time with family. He and his wife, Christine, are the proud parents of three children. The family resides in Wayne, NJ.
